Hi Matty.. well done. You have a lot of energy in your routine and you have learnt some good skills. Try and work on your L-kick a bit more, building strength in your supporting arm and getting your leg further over. I would advise always wearing trainers to both protect your feet and discourage the foot from pointing. With you free style, try and work on refining the moves and having more control. Well done for you video. Keep training and working on those moves!
