Nicholas Steinberg is a top TV Producer who brought us ‘Popstars: The Rivals’, the show that launched the fantastic Girls Aloud, the biggest UK girl band of all time… and The Cheeky Girls.

Last year he worked on the hit US MTV show ‘Top Pop Group’, with judges Taboo (from the Black Eyed Peas) and Destiny Child’s Michelle Williams, as well as on the sparkly, sequinned American version of Strictly Come Dancing – Dancing With The Stars.

Nicholas has been in TV production for 13 years and he’s worked with some of the biggest names in the business. He launched C4’s ‘Popworld’ presented by Simon Amstell and Miquita Oliver and he has also produced hugely popular shows such as ‘Stars In Their Eyes’ and ‘Grease Is The Word’.

Previously, Nicholas produced 3 series of the award winning ‘Jo Whiley’ show featuring an eclectic roster of stars such as Bono, Jay Kay, Jarvis Cocker, Mary J Blige, Simon Le Bon and Marilyn Manson. He started out in the late 90’s on C4’s ‘The Big Breakfast’ where he interviewed every famous band and pop star of the time, including global megastars Will Smith, Mariah Carey and Destiny’s Child, and Brit phenomenons Oasis, The Spice Girls and Take That.
